How to subscribe?

When you add a product to your cart, you always have the option of selecting it as a subscription or as a simple one-time purchase. If you choose the subscription, you immediately set the delivery frequency that suits your needs for subsequent orders. Once your first order has been made, the delivery frequency can be changed at any time from your account. The date and place of delivery of your next orders can also be modified from My Account.

Once subscribed, how do I make changes to my account?

From the My Account section, you can access your subscriber area, allowing you to change the delivery address or even the frequency of delivery according to your needs. The change of recipe is done quite simply by canceling your current subscription. You can then create a new one according to your pet’s needs.

How does the payment for your subscription work?

The payment of your first subscription order is made by credit card or PayPal directly on our site after validating your basket. Subsequent orders are then dispatched according to the frequency you have chosen. Payment is automatically triggered when each new order is sent. There is no charge to advance. Make sure that your bank card remains active: if you change your bank card, remember to update your payment method on your customer account, this to avoid any interruption in your subscription.

How to unsubscribe?
