Delivery information

Depending on the products ordered, we offer different carriers when confirming your order.

The proposed carriers are chosen according to several criteria (weight, volume, destination), it is therefore possible, depending on the products in your basket or depending on your location, not to have access to all the modes of transport offered by our site.

Expeditions

Delivery times vary between carriers, and we cannot commit to a delivery date on their behalf. Once your order has been prepared by our logistics center, the package is entrusted to the chosen carrier. At this time, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email containing the tracking number of your package. Any complaint concerning the delivery must be made to the carrier. However, our customer service remains available to help you if necessary.

Orders made on Friday after 11 am are shipped the following Monday.

Processing

Your order is being prepared by our logistics team. It has not yet been handed over to the carrier.

Shipping

Packages are shipped at 3 pm Your order has been entrusted to the carrier and it is in transit.

Parcel tracking

Your complete order has been dispatched and is now on its way to you. Please track the parcel online.

In case of delay

In the event of a delay or questions regarding your delivery, first check the tracking of your package using the tracking number provided in the email confirming the shipment of your order.

For optimal delivery from the first visit, please enter your full address, as well as a mobile phone number where you can be reached.

Parcel tracking

As soon as your package is taken over by the carrier’s network, you can track your package at any time on the TNT site. In case of absence: Your package is automatically deposited in Relais Colis. His contact details are sent to you by email or SMS. No package will be delivered without a signature from the recipient.

For each shipment made via the DPD service, we will send you a tracking link that will allow you to follow the delivery of your package.

You can also directly access this service by going to your customer account in My orders and selecting the order concerned by your follow-up request.
