The connection with the bank servers, like your connection to our site, is secured using https (SSL). No banking data is saved by our systems. Stripe is backed by the latest security measures, so you get a modern, reliable, and up-to-date payment solution.
We are affiliated with the 3D-Secure anti-fraud system. After entering your bank details, an SMS is sent to the card owner’s mobile phone with a code allowing them to validate their payment. You thus avoid any fraudulent payment following the theft of your bank card.
Paypal
Pay your order securely with Paypal, a well-known and recognized service for fast online payments, using a simple password. At the end of your order and after having chosen Paypal as payment method, a Paypal window will open in order to enter your login details. You choose to proceed to payment using your Paypal account or your credit card, as desired.
Paypal acts as a trusted third party in the event of a dispute. Paypal payment is instant, just like payment by credit card. Preparation times therefore run immediately after payment.
Bank transfer
Bank transfer remains one of the most secure and efficient means of payment. At the end of your order, you will have access to our bank details. All you have to do is make the transfer via your bank. In France, transfers are generally made within 24 to 48 hours.
The preparation times for your order may therefore be extended. Upon receipt of funds in our bank account, your order will be processed and shipped. By the time you receive your payment, your items are well reserved in our stock for a maximum period of 5 days. After this period, the items are put back on sale.
