What are the benefits of the referral program?
The referral program gives you a percentage on all the purchases of your referrals (without time limit). This percentage takes the form of a store loan. Shop credit is visible in your customer area when your referral’s order is finalized (ie fully paid and delivered).
Example: your godson bought for 150 €. VAT deducted, you earn 4% store credit on this amount, or € 5 that you can use on your next purchase on Zoodirect.
Our answers to your sponsorship questions
Do I have to invoice you to get my store credits?
No, since you are taking the store credits you have collected to make purchases on Zoodirect. Shop credits are non-refundable.
Why didn't my sponsoree receive a discount on his order?
When you share your referral link, it is simply invited to the site. If you want to offer him a reduction, send him your coupon code instead, he can then take advantage of a 15% discount on his first order (excluding promotions and subscriptions).
How do I use my store credit?
If you have a store credit, you will be offered at the last step of your order to deduct it. A discount code will then be generated and deducted from your order automatically.
My sponsoree has placed an order but I can't see my shop credit.
Shop credits are validated when your referral’s order is paid and delivered. There may then be a waiting period for the validation of the store credit. You will see in your sponsorship area that the shop credit linked to this order is then marked as paid.
